A note about Portfolio Review

PDX is not actively seeking additional artists.

That said, I do review slides/cd's/websites of artists who submit their work for consideration. Artists should include a self addressed stamped envelope. Please do not send original work. If submitting via email, please send a maximum of six images (72dpi) jpegs. List "portfolio review" on subject line . Please do not send large file jpegs!

It is with sincere apologies we can no longer respond to every inquiry. I know making submissions can be difficult and that it is discouraging and insulting when you do not receive a response. I hope that you will understand that we need to spend our time in the interest of the artist we represent.

I rarely respond to figurative work, but generally do respond to abstract or abstracted work. I try to look at them as they come in but I am always behind.

+PDX Window Project

The Window Project is by invitation only.

General information

The idea of the project is access; both for artists and the public. It is intended for working artists who do not have representation. The window project gives artists opportunity to exhibit their work and the public the opportunity to view art 24 hours a day from the sidewalk.
PDX provides space, but not our time. Students are not eligible for consideration nor artists who are exhibiting in another space in the general area of the Pearl District.
